Eva, a trained trichologist (hair loss specialist) and CEO of New Hair Clinic (Limerick) and Eva Hair Salon & Scalp Clinic (Nenagh) and Portloaise, has developed a business on rescuing hair from unflattering and self-conscious situations.

Hair loss, dermatitis, androgenetic, scarring alopecia, autoimmune alopecia, telogen effluvium, excessive hair shedding/thinning, folliculitis, psoriasis, and scaly, itchy, or painful scalp are among conditions she has dealt with. Eva has over 15 years of expertise in the haircare industry, having completed the Italian ISOlinea training — one of the only trichology-specific education platforms.

She was prompted to emphasize their link after witnessing a rise in women seeking treatment for hair loss and thinning while going through menopause, in the hopes of educating women on the early indicators of hair loss and thinning, and what to look out for. She hopes that by doing so, people will be able to take preventative measures to restart their hair growth cycle before it’s too late, and will be sent to her clinic where they may receive her services. She wants those who are suffering from hair loss or thinning to know that there is hope and that there is a remedy!
